New Poll

Steve McPhee was the first to leave, completing a drawn out move to Blackpool on 7th January. The striker only scored 3 goals for City, but much of his time with the club was spent on the treatment table, being limited to 23 starts.

Danny Coles left a day later, making his loan deal with Bristol Rovers permanent. Like McPhee, he suffered a serious injury shortly after joining the club, and despite early promise failed to impress after recovery.

Damien Delaney was sold to QPR after City received a bid too good to turn down. His 239 appearances for the club is second only to Dean Windass of the current squad, missing very few games in over five years at the club.

Sam Collins became a Hartlepool United player on transfer deadline day. Like others, he impressed when he first joined the club before suffering a serious injury, and has only played once since September 2006.

Stuart Elliott left the club after weeks of speculation, settling on a transfer to Doncaster Rovers until the end of the season when his City contract runs out. The winger finished as top scorer in three of his five full seasons with the club, scoring a total of 68 goals in 211 games.
