Brown Has Until End Of The Season

Last updated : 12 December 2007 By Andy Beill
After Brown reached his first anniversary in the job at the weekend, only 15.3% feel he's doing a great job and are convinced he's the long-term answer.

47.8% say he's doing a good job and should be given until the season's end in May before deciding whether he is or isn't the man to take the club forward.

7.6% think he's doing okay, but isn't doing as good a job this season as he did when he started out.

21.7% are not happy with his performance as manager and are looking for an immediate improvement, while 7.6% have given up hope of that happening and would sack him.

Next under the spotlight is Ian Ashbee. Is he still the first name on the teamsheet? Can you accept his limitations because of his leadership skills? Should he still be considered a part of the squad but not guaranteed a starting place? Is it time to leave him out of the first team all together but keep him as club captain? Would you thank him for all he has done and let him go? Or have you never rated him and would have released him long ago? Vote now on the homepage.
