Jackson Wins Again

Having previously won it in January, the Huddersfield boss now wins it for the second time.

The Terriers started the month with wins against Yeovil and Oxford before losing to Carlisle. They finished the month strongly with a 4-0 thrashing of Macclesfield, a draw against Rochdale and a 3-0 win over Swansea.

They accumulated 13 points from those 6 games, 1 more than Hull City did in the 5 games they played. After starting the month with defeat to Mansfield, Peter Taylor's side won their other 4 matches. However, the Football League panel turned down Taylor for the award yet again; he has yet to win it since becoming Hull City manager.
