Wicks Fitness Test

The former Peterborough and Brighton defender has a groin strain, but the management team are hopeful of him getting passed fit.

A selection of half-fit players are available to replace him, while Ian Goodison is still out with a thigh injury.

Justin Whittle would be used as a last resort after he recently returned to training from a hamstring injury. Brian Little says that playing him wouldn't be ideal, but he will be on standby in case.

Nick Mohan has been suffering from flu but could play, while Ben Petty came through 79 minutes of the mid-week Reserve match after having a gashed leg.

Either Jason Van Blerk or Mike Edwards could move to centre back with Ben Morley and fit-again Andy Holt possible replacements at full back. Rookies Matt Bloomer, Mike Price and Steve Burton are also available.

If Wicks does get through the fitness test alright then there will be no changes to the side that drew with Hartlepool on Tuesday.

Expected line-up (4-4-2): Musselwhite; Edwards, Greaves, Wicks, Van Blerk; Williams, Johnsson, Sneekes, Beresford; Alexander, Roberts.
Subs from: Glennon, Whittle, Mohan, Petty, Morley, Holt, Philpott, Matthews, Whitmore, Dudfield.
