Whittle Offered New Deal

Peter Taylor has revealed he wants to keep Justin Whittle and Nathan Peat, whose contracts are both up for renewal next month. It is rumoured that Whittle's new deal may involve a coaching role, while 21-year-old Peat is being offered another 12 months at the club.

Meanwhile, Taylor says that the futures of Paul Musselwhite and Andy Holt are uncertain.

With Boaz Myhill and Alan Fettis both still under contract, City would have a surplus of goalkeepers if 'Mussie' was to stay, unless Fettis can find a permanent deal elsewhere.

Holt started only 6 games this season, and Taylor suggested that he will have to move for first team football.
