The forward scored once in ten starts in a two-month stay at Cambridge, and U's boss David Taylor says he will pursue the matter to take Webb back to the Abbey Stadium.

However, Tigers manager Peter Taylor says he's still waiting for his Cambridge counterpart to approach him, and plans to include the 20-year-old in the reserve squad travelling to Barnsley on Wednesday.

He said: "I'm not sure what the situation with Cambridge is but my understanding is that Danny wants to keep all his options open at this stage.
"He's done really well with them and I know he had a hand in all three of their goals last Saturday and they were very pleased with him.
"However, I've not heard anything official from Cambridge at this stage. Danny is back with us. He looked sharp in training and he's available for selection.
"He's down to play in the reserves and we'll take it from there."
