Molby said: "I'm pleased that we've got everything sorted out and am looking forward to starting there in pre-season.
"It is a golf and country club but the facilities are excellent and there's a large plot of land which has been allocated to us for training.
"On top of that, the place is also a little bit out of the way which gives us that level of privacy and we have also have the use of the gym and the swimming pool, both of which are excellent.
"Overall it suits our requirements perfectly and I'm sure we'll be very happy there."
The deal is for three years. Previously training has been taken at Hull University and Brantingham Park, but the new City manager was keen to sort out something more permanent after taking over.
