The 19-year-old, who bears an uncanny resemblance to former Hull favourite Frazier Campbell, will stay with the Tigers until January 4.
Stewart, whose current deal with United is due to expire at the end of June, began this season on a six-month loan spell at Yeovil but after six appearances cut his stay at Huish Park short as he struggled to break into the Glovers' starting line-up.
