Taylor Hands Musselwhite Boost

The Tigers boss had been looking to bring in a new goalkeeper. Lee Baxter had been on trial at the club, but he moved to Sheffield United instead. The Blades also snapped up City keeper Alan Fettis on a one-month loan, leaving Musselwhite as the only senior keeper at the club, with youngster Danny Harvey in reserve.

But following the 34-year-old's heroics on Saturday, keeping a clean sheet against Bury, he is set to keep his place to take on his former club at Glanford Park.

"It's no secret that we have been looking very closely at the goalkeeping situation but I thought 'Mussy' did an absolutely first class job against Bury.
"We have got Danny who's a good prospect and while you wouldn't want to throw him in at the moment, just being on the bench is valuable experience.
"As things stand, there's nothing immediate going to happen and I wouldn't be surprised if we go into the Scunthorpe game with the same two keepers."
