Ryan France and Andy Dawson have joined Damien Delaney and Stuart Elliott in pledging their futures to Hull City. They are now all under contract until 2007.

A number of other prominent first team members including captain Ian Ashbee and his deputy Marc Joseph are out of contract at the end of the current season and will be hoping to follow the four players who earned new deals. Summer arrivals Nick Barmby and Junior Lewis only signed one-year deals so are also playing for new contracts.

Tigers manager Peter Taylor himself has only one year remaining on his contract. His future at the club, as well as his part-time duties as England Under-21 manager, will be reviewed by the summer.
