Southend Game Re-Arranged

It was due to be played on Saturday 20th March, but has been called off because the Shrimpers have reached the Final of the LDV Trophy which is staged the following day.

City's trip to Roots Hall will now be on Tuesday 20th April, with kick-off at 7:45pm. The club had hoped to play the match earlier in the month to coincide with the Easter holiday but Southend wouldn't comply. It is therefore sandwiched between the game at Macclesfield and the first ever visit to the KC Stadium of Huddersfield.

United will be without ex-Tiger Lawrie Dudfield for the game. Northampton have recalled him from his loan spell after he scored 3 times in 7 starts. He's already faced City once this season since leaving on a free transfer, playing in the Cobblers' 5-1 defeat at Sixfields in October.
