They have rights to show matches from Divisions 1, 2 and 3, the League Cup, the LDV Vans Trophy and the end-of-season Play-Offs.

The deal lasts for four years and is worth £95million. They will show over 300 live games. However, 50 out of the 60 live matches each season will be from the First Division. The games selected for live coverage will be announced shortly.

City chairman Adam Pearson said: "This new deal will only cover about 25 per cent of the shortfall left by the collapse of ITV Digital, but I'm very pleased with the news.
"I'd much prefer to have Sky involved anyway. I've invited them to come down when we move to the new stadium and televise a game.
"Most clubs will still be heavily out of pocket, but this new deal could keep some of them in business.
"I seriously hope the Football League carry on the fight with ITV Digital, take them to court and try to get the shortfall back."
