The game was called off yesterday due to a waterlogged pitch.
It has now been re-arranged for Tuesday 9th April, kicking off at 7:45pm.
It lies in between the home game with 2nd-placed Luton and the long trek to Bristol Rovers. City then take on Lincoln in the last league game of the season.
