Plans For Boothferry Park

League football hasn't been played at the Tigers' old ground since the final match in December 2002. It had been used as a venue for reserve games and competitions for a time, but it is now set to be knocked down.

Plans for a £50million housing development await approval from councillors. If they agree to owners Paloma Land Ltd's 350 house and flat proposal, bulldozers will knock down City's home of 56 years in the summer.

The fate of the Kwik Save supermarket attached to the back of the North Stand will also have to be considered.

Memorabilia from parts of the ground could be removed and saved.
