Pearson Says No to Deano

With Ronnie Moore, Micky Adams and Ray Graydon thought to be the front runners, along with Billy Russell depending on how he does in the caretaker position, 'Deano' is not coming back to Hull City just yet.

Having expressed his interest in returning to East Yorkshire as both a player and as a manager on several occasions, his name was one touted around when Brian Little left Boothferry Park.

However, Adam Pearson has played down talk of the 32-year-old returning.
"There is no substance in the stories linking us with Dean Windass. We are in no rush to make an appointment and are happy to wait until the end of the season."
