Training the real reason behind Lyngby duo's exit?
Stefan Schmidt said that he wasn't happy with the training regime at Hull City, but Pearson thinks that there could be a different reason.
"The one that we really liked decided he only wanted to play in the Premier League or the First Division and to be perfectly honest I think someone has tapped him up while he was over here.
"I won't cast any aspersions but I think that is what really happened and he decided to go home and his compatriot [Mikkel Bo Jensen] went with him."

Bolton Wanderers have shown interest in Schmidt, but Lyngby coach Paul Hansen said: "I don't know of any approach from Bolton about Stefan Schmidt."

Meanwhile, Pearson has doubts over the Lyngby deal continuing:
"Their owner has been on the phone trying to resurrect the deal between the clubs but to be honest, if he can't guarantee the fact that he can control his players and put them into us on a permanent basis, then I'm sceptical about completing the deal with him really."

There are apparently several Scandinavian clubs interested in a link-up, and so if the Lyngby deal doesn't go ahead then Pearson will be happy to arrange a different club to work with.
