The midfielder was left out for the draw with Norwich on Saturday, possibly due to an injury picked up since moving from West Ham, but may get his chance tonight. It's between the 18-year-old and Kevin Ellison, who has played the last three games on right wing.

Alton Thelwell has also been added to the squad. The defender's not played since October 2004, but after regaining his fitness in the reserves over recent weeks, he travels with the squad. He could replace Mark Lynch on the bench.

Nick Barmby, Andy Dawson and Alan Rogers are all a couple of weeks away from full fitness. Ben Burgess, Steve McPhee, Danny Coles, Ian Ashbee and Sergio Leite remain long term absentees.

Expected line-up (4-4-2): Boaz Myhill; Ryan France, Leon Cort, Sam Collins, Damien Delaney; Mark Noble, Keith Andrews, John Welsh, Stuart Elliott; Jon Parkin, Darryl Duffy.
Subs from: Matt Duke, Mark Lynch, Alton Thelwell, Scott Wiseman, Stuart Green, Mark Noble, Craig Fagan, Billy Paynter.
