The winners of the Football League Championship and League One, Sunderland's Mick McCarthy and Luton's Mike Newell respectively, picked up the gongs for their divisions, while Steve Tilson was the pick in League Two after guiding Southend to 4th place.
Everton boss David Moyes was the overall Manager of the Year, while Sir Bobby Robson got the Service To Football Award.
