Livermore in for Welsh

John Welsh drops out of the side after sustaining a broken leg against Preston on Saturday, so David Livermore, himself suffering from a knee injury after that game, starts in his place.

Sam Ricketts plays despite having a bruised foot, and plays alongside Michael Turner, Damien Delaney and Andy Dawson in an unchanged back four.

Nick Barmby and Ricardo Vaz Te are again on the bench, joined by Danny Coles, who takes Nathan Doyle's place.
