Kevin Ellison had been expected to be out for a couple of weeks with a hamstring injury, but he's been back in training and is in contention for his third successive start. Mark Noble could take his place on the right wing though after joining from West Ham.

Midfielder John Welsh has been given the all clear to play after a knee injury.

Ryan France followed the pair in returning to training after a shoulder injury that could have ruled him out for weeks. Mark Lynch is on standby in case he doesn't make it.

Goalkeeper Matt Duke returns to the squad. He was recalled from his loan spell at Wycombe to go on the City bench, after youth team 'keeper Curtis Aspden had to fill the role last week following an injury to Sergio Leite.

Expected line-up (4-4-2): Boaz Myhill; Ryan France, Leon Cort, Sam Collins, Damien Delaney; Kevin Ellison, John Welsh, Keith Andrews, Stuart Elliott; Jon Parkin, Darryl Duffy.
Subs from: Matt Duke, Mark Lynch, Scott Wiseman, Stuart Green, Mark Noble, Craig Fagan, Billy Paynter.
