The 22-year-old will join on a 12-month contract, starting on 1st July.

There's an option to extend the deal at the end of the year, and Peter Taylor says he could prove his use to the Tigers through his versatility.

He said: "He's happy playing in a central midfield role and that's a position I wanted to strengthen because when we lost Ian Ashbee through injury last season, we didn't have anyone who could come in and do that holding job.
"Richard can, and the fact he can play in a variety of positions is always a bonus, particularly over the course of the season.
"You are going to get injuries and suspensions and it's good to know you have people who can cover."

Taylor is hopeful of Hinds' ex-Tranmere team-mate Jason Price and Tottengham defender Alton Thelwell joining the 6'2" utility player in City's squad next season.
