City have sold all 23,500 seats for the game. Hartlepool have been allocated 2,000 seats, and may pay on the day.

It will be the first time in over 25 years that City have attracted a 20,000+ gate for a home league game, and will easily become the highest Division 3 attendance of the season.

Meanwhile, tickets are still on sale for City's visit to York on Saturday. The new KC Stadium ticket office will be open tomorrow from 9am til noon. It's closed on Christmas Day, but will be open from 10am until kick-off on Boxing Day, and 10am-2pm on Friday.
