Kevin Ellison - ill
Ellison has been ill and is rated "doubtful" by Peter Taylor to make it. Stuart Elliott is tipped to take his place on left wing, while France returns from suspension and could slot in on right wing.

That will allow Alton Thelwell to continue at right-back, making his first competitive appearance at the KC Stadium since September 2004. Alan Rogers could make his debut on City's home turf, having made his first appearance for the club at Cardiff last week having joined on loan from Nottingham Forest.

Midfielder Mark Noble could also make his home debut, but faces comeptition for a starting place from John Welsh, fresh from duty representing the Football League on Tuesday.

Leon Cort and Damien Delaney continue in the centre of defence as Taylor has not managed to find a loan signing in time. The former will mark his brother, Carl Cort, who joined Wolves in a £2million move from Newcastle two years ago. He missed out on playing against the ex-England Under-21 international when City went to Molineux in August as he was injured at the time.

Taylor chooses between Darryl Duffy, Billy Paynter and Craig Fagan to partner Jon Parkin up front.

Expected line-up (4-4-2): Boaz Myhill; Alton Thelwell, Leon Cort, Damien Delaney, Alan Rogers; Ryan France, Keith Andrews, Mark Noble, Stuart Elliott; Jon Parkin, Darryl Duffy.
Subs from: Matt Duke, Robbie Stockdale, Mark Lynch, Scott Wiseman, John Welsh, Stuart Green, Craig Fagan, Billy Paynter.
