Fagan Agrees Terms With Derby

The Rams' official website states that Fagan agreed personal terms to sign a 3½-year contract. City receive £750,000, which could rise to £1million and includes a sell-on clause.

He was unveiled as a Derby player at a press conference today, being given the number 10 shirt.

City boss Phil Brown says he will receive some of the money to re-invest in new players, and named Hull-born former England Under-21 international David Prutton as one of his targetrs. The Southampton midfielder is out of contract at the end of the season and is expected to leave the club this month, with former club Nottingham Forest also interested.
