Ellison To Step Up

Elliott is in the Northern Ireland squad for their World Cup qualifiers with England tomorrow and at Poland on Wednesday, so will be missing as City take on Port Vale and Oldham in an Easter double header.

Kevin Ellison - who was brought in while Elliott was out injured earlier in the year - is tipped to replace him after spending the last two games on the bench.

There are unlikely to be any other changes to the side that demolished Bournemouth last week. Injured defenders Andy Dawson and Marc Joseph may have a chance to return in the Oldham game on Monday, while Stuart Green is out for another week.

Expected line-up (4-4-2): Myhill; Stockdale, Cort, Delaney, Edge; France, Ashbee, Lewis, Ellison; Fagan, Barmby.
