Edwards Hit by Ban

Mike Edwards - receives further punishment

The 21-year-old was sent off in the local derby at Scunthorpe three months ago after a bad tackle left Iron midfielder Richard Kell with a broken leg.

Edwards missed three matches over new year through the original suspension but following a hearing today he will be out for a further two games. He is expected to miss the clashes with Leyton Orient and Darlington next month.
