Deano Debut, Dawson Doubtful

Windass is set to make his first appearance in a Hull City shirt since leaving the club in November 1995. He's expected to start in a front three alongside Jon Parkin and Steve McPhee, with Nicky Forster the man most likely to drop out.

Andy Dawson has missed training since scoring two goals in Tuesday's FA Cup defeat at Middlesbrough. He has a thigh injury but will still travel. If he's deemed unfit, either Sam Ricketts or Damien Delaney will move across to left back. Danny Coles would come into defence.

David Livermore is suspended so Ryan France will probably come in as his replacement in central midfield.

John Welsh and Michael Bridges are unlikely to return yet following injuries, while Nick Barmby has exploratory surgery on his ankle injury on Monday.

Expected line-up (4-3-3): Boaz Myhill; Sam Ricketts, Michael Turner, Damien Delaney, Andy Dawson; Dean Marney, Ian Ashbee, Ryan France; Steve McPhee, Dean Windass, Jon Parkin.
Subs: Matt Duke, Danny Coles, Stuart Elliott, Darryl Duffy, Nicky Forster.
