Club Announce Ticket Price Reductions

Last updated : 28 June 2010 By Andy Beill

City will no longer be running the discount scheme introduced in December or the home match membership scheme.

The price of sitting in the West Stand is now about £2 higher in most instances than for a seat in the East or South stands.

Two separate categories of matches have been introduced. 11 Category A matches include all local derbies and cost about £2 more in most instances than for admission to 12 Category B matches, which includes the first and last home games of the season and the more distant clubs in the division.

Other than for Seniors and 16-22-year-olds wishing to sit in the West Stand for Category A matches who last season used the discount scheme, which will now cost them £2 more, fans should see that the price of admission has either remained the same or been reduced.

A new price for children aged 10 years and younger has been introduced. They can gain admission for just £3 in family sections or £8 in other sections of the ground, providing tickets are purchased in advance.

Meanwhile, season tickets remain on general sale.
