City Pinch Fagan

Fagan left City for Derby County in January last year for almost £1million, and helped the Rams to promotion. He's scored twice in 46 appearances, 17 of which have been in the Premier League this season. He has usually played in a wide position, as he did towards the end of his City career after previously being a centre forward.

He scored 15 goals in 84 appearances for City after joining for an undisclosed six-figure fee from Colchester, and was part of the promotion-winning side of 2004/05.

He rejoins on loan until the end of the season, and will wear the number 23 shirt instead of 27 as he wore throughout his first spell.

He's expected to go straight into the side for tomorrow's derby against Scunthorpe in place of the suspended Caleb Folan.
