City Make Duffy Bid

Tigers chairman has denied rumours of the Manchester City forward joining City, but manager Peter Taylor says a bid - reported to be worth around £200,000 - has been made for Duffy.

Taylor said in the Hull Daily Mail: "We're not prepared to say how much the offer is but we're waiting on their response at the minute. We've started the process and are trying to get it done as quickly as we possibly can.
"It won't be done for Sheffield United but we need to work quickly because we need another striker in the building."
