City Await Campbell Decision

Campbell spent the season on loan from Manchester United to Tottenham. He played 10 times in the Premier League, scoring once, 7 times in the UEFA Cup, 4 times in the Carling Cup, in which he scored twice against Liverpool, and once in the FA Cup.

Gareth Davies said this to Hull City Online: "I am glad to see Fraizer will get the chance to get regular football at a club like Hull. Through no fault of his own he found himself an unwanted piece of the Redknapp revolution and didn't have too many chances to impress once Keane and Defoe returned.

"In the little we did see of him, Campbell looked like a promising player. His movement in and around the box is good and he should score goals at this level if given the service.

"I'm not sure he's ready to start week in, week out for a Premiership club yet but as an impact player coming off the bench he's a useful asset to have.

"Hopefully he'll go on to score the goals that keep Hull in the Premier League beyond next season."
