Brown Keeping Faith With Losers?

Tigers manager Brown is considering whether the same players can turn it around after dropping into the relegation zone, although Stephen McPhee (hamstring) and Andy Dawson (ankle), who both had to be substituted in the first half at Oakwell, are doubts.

Brown told City's official website: "I'm toying with the idea of giving the same eleven a chance to put things right.
"We do have problems where Stephen McPhee and Andy Dawson are concerned, so we might be forced to make a couple of changes, but we'll wait and see what Saturday brings."

He added: "Where Tuesday night is concerned, we only have ourselves to blame. We take the credit when we do well, so we have to take the criticism when we do poorly. That is the nature of football.
"We've taken the criticism and now it is up to us to prove a point."

Dawson is considered "50-50" to miss a game for the first time under Brown's reign as manager. The most likely plan would be to put Danny Coles at right-back and switch Sam Ricketts to left-back, as happened at Barnsley. Nathan Doyle, David Livermore and Damien Delaney are other options to fill the full back positions.

McPhee looks even more of a doubt. Michael Bridges begins a three-match suspension after being sent off on Wednesday for headbutting a Rotherham player in the reserves, while Nick Barmby is still out injured. Darryl Duffy, Dean Windass or Stuart Elliott could be promoted from the bench, or youth team protégé Nicky Featherstone could join the first team squad.

Dean Marney and John Welsh remain available for selection after being dropped for Tuesday's trip to Oakwell.

Expected line-up (4-3-3): Boaz Myhill; Sam Ricketts, Michael Turner, Damien Delaney, Andy Dawson; Ray Parlour, Ian Ashbee, David Livermore; Darryl Duffy, Jon Parkin, Nicky Forster.
Subs: Matt Duke, Danny Coles, Dean Marney, Stuart Elliott, Dean Windass.
