Bradford Win Dull Derby

A 77th minute corner was cleared 30 yards out to Darren Holloway, and his shot flew through a crowd of players into Boaz Myhill's goal to decide the match.

That was the Bantams' only shot on target all night, although Ben Muirhead did previously find himself through on goal only to shoot over. Returning ex-Tiger Dean Windass also had a few chances in the first half which he missed the target with.

Paul Henderson in the visitors' goal also had a quiet night with City failing to find a way through a sturdy but untroubled Bradford defence.

City line-up (4-4-2): Myhill; Joseph, Cort, Delaney, Dawson; Green (France 74), Ashbee, Lewis, Elliott; Wilbraham (Walters 57), Barmby (Allsopp 57).
Un-used subs: Duke, Keane.
