Ayles has left the club due to 'family reasons', going back to the south-east. A new Fitness Coordinator will be appointed to replace him.
Goalkeeping coach Mark Prudhoe and physio Simon Maltby remain on the staff working with the first team squad, but further appointments are possible in order to give Parkinson the help he requires to lift his side off the bottom of the table.
