Yesterday, it came to light that Jamie Forrester requires an operation on his cheekbone, which will put him out of action for 4-6 weeks.

Now, the extent of Danny Allsopp's groin injury has been uncovered, and he is set to sit out the next three weeks.

Taylor said: "Danny could carry on playing but there's no way he could train between matches. He'd only be something like 75 per cent fit. You can't go on like that.
"The lay-off will enable him to rest the injury and get the right treatment for it.
"We're hoping it will be three weeks. It's a blow but again, we've just get to get on with it."

The Tigers boss has hinted that he will try pairing Ben Burgess with Stuart Elliott in attack, but also has Jason Price, Danny Webb and Clayton Donaldson available.
