What are Hull City Legends?
Hull City Legends are those players, Managers, Directors or staff members who have made a major positive impact on the fortunes of Hull City AFC since the formation of the Club in 1904. Our thirty intial selections are detailed in this section. We have provided a profile of each individual that has been selected.

Legends Criteria
Our basic selection criteria are:
1. Ex-Hull City Player, Manager, Director or Member of Staff (or combination of these).
2. Played at least 80 appearances (including cup and friendlies) or with the club at least five years. This condition may be waived in special circumstances.
3. Made a major contribution to the team over a number of years.
4. or Made a major impact on the team at the time defined as something that lasted longer than two seasons.
5. To have left the club at least five years unless a special case can be made. This is to allow for perspective.
6. Of good character.
